Silence for as long as you can stand it. Silent prayer. Suggest prayer or Praise and Worship.
An individual attachment style is comprised of decisions "I" have made about my world , myself and others. Those decisions that "I " have made and believe to be true explains my understanding of the principles, the rules, an the emotions of my relationships. My actions reveal if I am operating the way I am designed to operate in love or why my actions don't work when I am operating fear.
